Hook Clipper

Terms of Service

Last updated 17 October 2026

These terms apply to anyone who uses Hook Clipper (clipper.hubsz.com). By using it, you agree to them.

What Hook Clipper does

Hook Clipper makes short clips from long videos you provide and, when you ask, sends them to your own TikTok drafts or posts them as Instagram Reels.

Your content

  • Only submit videos you own or have permission to clip and repost.
  • You keep all rights to your content. You let Hook Clipper process it only to provide the service.
  • You are responsible for what you post, including following the rules of TikTok, Instagram and any clipping campaign you join.
  • If you are paid to post, disclose it clearly. On TikTok, turn on the content disclosure setting. In captions, use a clear label such as #ad.

Acceptable use

Do not use Hook Clipper to post content that infringes others’ rights, misleads people, harasses anyone, or breaks the law or a platform’s rules. Do not try to get around platform limits or access other people’s accounts.

Connected accounts

Connecting TikTok or Instagram is optional. You can disconnect at any time. Your use of those platforms is also governed by their own terms.

Scores and suggestions

Scores and suggested moments are AI predictions based on the content alone. They are not a promise of views or earnings.

Availability

Hook Clipper is provided as is, without warranties. It may change, pause or stop at any time. Keep your own copies of anything important.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Hook Clipper is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost earnings, or content removed by a platform.

Changes

If these terms change, the date at the top changes too. Using Hook Clipper after a change means you accept the new terms.
